Terms & Conditions


All orders placed by you (the Customer) are subject to acceptance in agreement with the terms and conditions that we (Julie’s Plants) provide:


When you are at the checkout stage and have selected ‘Checkout’, you have agreed to pay for the goods at the prices shown, as well as any delivery charges.  You will receive a confirmation email as a recognition of your order.

Once the goods have been dispatched, then, and only then, will we have accepted your order and the contract/transaction considered complete.  This is unless we have informed you that we do not accept your order or if you have cancelled.  If the goods are out of stock we will contact you to notify you of this.  We will offer you a refund or notify you of lead times.



All items are subject to availability.  In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order, and your payment has already been taken, we will refund you as soon as possible and let you know.

Julie’s Plants reserves the right to withdraw/edit any information or products from our website at any time.  We will not be held liable by the customer or any other third party if we do remove products.

Julie’s Plants reserves the right to refrain from any transaction at our sole discretion, i.e. if we do not have enough stock to deliver the goods, if we do not deliver to your area, or if one or more of the items that you ordered was listed at the wrong price due to an error.  This does not affect your statutory rights.



All personal information you submit to us is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Julie’s Plants website may only be used for your own personal use.  You must not use this site for any other purpose.

Your account, and your use of our website, may be terminated by us at any time if you do not follow the terms of use.



If your order is being delivered outside of the UK please be aware that you may have to pay import duty or other taxes.  This is NOT the responsibility of Julie’s Plants; please check these details before placing an order.



Orders are shipped during the week via Tracked Royal Mail, and we aim to ship within three working days of your order.

We cannot be held responsible if you are not there for a delivery and you have not made arrangements for a second delivery attempt.  If the goods are returned to us you will be notified.  The cost for re-delivery is the same as the first delivery. 



Faulty items may be returned.  You have fourteen days after delivery to notify us of any fault.  You must contact us by email or telephone.

You, the customer, remain responsible for all returned items until they arrive with us.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable service for returns.

Julie’s Plants total liability for any claim will not exceed the price of any goods supplied to the customer by us.  Julie’s Plants will not be held liable for any consequential loss resulting from delayed delivery or from breach of duty.



We do our best to make sure that all the information provided on this website is correct.  However, we cannot always guarantee this, and you, the customer, acknowledges that there may occasionally be inaccuracies.  We, Julie’s Plants, reserve the right to withdraw or correct any incorrectly priced items or incorrect information.  We also reserve the right to edit our Terms & Conditions at any time.  Any changes will be effective immediately.


Your use of our website is at your own risk.  Julie’s Plants will not be held liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequent, that may occur to any computer equipment as a result of using this website.  This website, it’s content, and any contract drawn up as a result of using this site are governed by English Law.
